Hello! I am going back home and so looking for someone who would be interesting in moving into my room 🤗 We live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Abbotsford right on the Yarra Trail.

🚋The tram is less than a 5 minute walk and it takes 25-30min to get into the CBD.
🌅Beautiful view of the sunrise and sometimes even get to see the hot air balloons.
💪There is also a gym available in the building. Also a ton of options in the area.
🚗 Parking spot available. (Tandem)

You would be sharing the place with Andrew and Olivia, both in their 20s and working full-time. We are looking for someone who is kind, tidy and doesn’t mind a good chat.

Rent is $1,086 per month, utilities separate.
Bond is one month’s rent.
