The house is spacious and well located, close to bars, restaurants, parks, and Abbotsford Convent. Public transport and shops are also nearby.
You would be sharing the main bathroom with one other person.
Rent: $1353 per month. Bond: $1570
Utilities: $80-100 per person (including electricity, water, Internet)
We are ideally looking for a mature professional or postgraduate student who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
Smoking or heavy drinking wouldn’t be a great fit for the household.
