Our 4 bedroom house is fully furnished, super cosy and incredibly homely. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 bathrooms. The living area is downstairs on the ground floor along with a modern kitchen overlooking joint dining and lounge area that leads out back to a courtyard which is great for BBQs in summer. The house has central heating. The laundry room is separate and has a washing machine. Off-street parking is available.

The house is in a fantastic location, very close to the city, the Abbotsford Convent, supermarkets, Collingwood and North Richmond train station and within 5 minutes walk of Victoria street bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Power, gas, water and Internet, they are all divided equally between housemates. We have a cleaner who comes in every 2 weeks which comes to around 30 per month per head.
