Your room has built in robes and does have a double bed, bed side table and shelf unit but if you want to bring your own bedroom furniture I can put that in the storage cage. It's a great room, the blinds keep it dark and it features a large window for an open feel.

The apartment is only two years old, fully furnished and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms so you'll have a bathroom all to yourself!!

You couldn't ask for a better spot, it's 15 minutes to the city, the #12 & #109 trams are 1 minute walk, North Richmond train station is 5 minutes by tram, Victoria Gardens (movies, K-Mart, Coles, IKEA, etc) shopping centre is visible from the balcony and you’ll have The Terminus Hotel and an IGA supermarket 1 minute walk away. Victoria street restaurants are a five minute walk, there is a gym and pool in the building but there’s a better gym a 3 minute walk away and Richmond swimming pool and gym is 10 minutes walk. There is a great courtyard and BBQ facilities in the building and the list goes on and on. The car park is taken but some people in the building do rent theirs out so that is a possibility.

Bills and expenses

Bond is actually 6 weeks rent but this site doesn’t let me list it like that. It is payable to real estate agent, you will be on the lease and rent is direct debit so everything is above board.

Bills are cheap, split 50/50 for water, gas, electricity and internet. Foxtel is connected (streaming service), price depends on what you want to include in the package.

I'm Craig, 41 years old and I work Monday to Friday full time as well as some occasional night shifts at a second job. I'm really easy going, clean, funny and an awesome housemate. Yep, awesome housemate! Between work, gym, my daughter and social life I have a pretty good balance between being home and out.

I have an awesome 8 year old daughter who stays every second weekend (sleeps in my room) and I pick her up from school on Mondays and Wednesdays. Those nights she’s gone by 7.30pm. She's a quiet kid and you probably won't even notice her. If you have a kid/ kids then obviously I'm cool with that.
