There is a large, carpeted lounge room, a massive kitchen and a separate laundry with washing machine. There is also a sunroom with a wall that’s entirely made of windows (great for reading, yoga, plant propagation, etc), so there’s lots of shared spaces if you like your alone time. There are lots of indoor plants (and also room for your plants).

The backyard is large and has 4 massive garden beds, an outdoor brick oven, a table and a shaded area covered in vines, so this is a great home for green thumbs. The garage isn’t included in the lease but there are 2 off-street parking spots on the driveway and on-street parking also available.

When she’s not at uni or out drinking coffee somewhere, she enjoys taking time out at home, visiting friends, hanging out with her cat Stevie and tending to her large collection of house plants.
