Home Description

Description of the home

There is a large, carpeted lounge room, a massive kitchen and a separate laundry with washing machine. There is also a sunroom with a wall that’s entirely made of windows (great for reading, yoga, plant propagation, etc), so there’s lots of shared spaces if you like your alone time. There are lots of indoor plants (and also room for your plants).

The backyard is large and has 4 massive garden beds, an outdoor brick oven, a table and a shaded area covered in vines, so this is a great home for green thumbs. The garage isn’t included in the lease but there are 2 off-street parking spots on the driveway and on-street parking also available.

Bills and expenses

About the occupants
Kiarra (she/her) – in her twenties, a vegetarian and studying Community Development full-time at Vic Uni. Other hobbies and interests include sewing, visual art, theatrical dance and horror movies.
Compatible people
You’re in your 20s or 30s and looking for a comfy and relatively quiet place to live. You’re a student or in the workforce, and you are comfortable living with an indoor cat. You enjoy a friendly atmosphere with housemates and maybe enjoy the occasional shared meal, wine or outing. You are willing to keep shared spaces tidy and also respect other’s need for space. You are also happy to go on the lease. Bonus points if you’re vegetarian, but this isn’t a requirement.
Description of pets
Stevie (indoor cat) – 2 years old and very, very small. Likes zoomies, playing with toys, chirping at birds and snuggling up on the couch with you when time allows. She’s super adorable.
