Hi I’m Dave and I have a spare room. It’s a cool house with big back yard, the carpet ain’t the best but other than that it’s fine. The room is medium to medium to large size. Big robe, desk and aircon.
I work days as a furniture maker, and I’m usually found in the shed, I don’t hang out inside too much at all other than to cook and sleep. I’m very chill but i do use power tools every now and then on the weekends.
I’m looking for some one that’s easy going, clean and tidy.

Medium sized house with separate dining and a large lounge. Big back yard, and a shed. 10 minutes walk from Altona Beach and less to Cheery Lake in a quiet court yard.
I run the internet off my phone as I am out in the shed most of the time. So no internet included. Also close to public transport.
More than happy to discuss you bringing you own furniture as well. This is a shared space I don't want you to feel like you are living in my space.

Hi, I'm Dave. I work five or six days a week as a cabinet maker. I'm very easy going, open to all walks of life (I spent 18 years in hospo so I’ve seen a lot) friendly, understanding and spend most of my time in the shed tinkering with wood and metal or making art. I take care of the lawns and I’m tidy and clean. My friend and her dog are moving out so more than happy to have another pet.

Relaxed, tidy, respectful, independent, open minded, no shitty friends around. More than happy for you people over we have a big yard and a big lounge, just no late nights during the week. Also have a fire pit which is always open for use.
