Home Description
Description of the home
The house is surprisingly large for Armadale, which is something that’s pretty hard to come by in the area. There’s plenty of space to relax and it never feels cramped.
There’s a big open living, kitchen and dining area that’s perfect for relaxing after work, watching TV, or sharing the occasional meal or drink together as a household.
One of the standout features is the huge outdoor courtyard, a great spot for fresh air, a morning coffee, or an evening drink.
Location-wise, the house is also in a great pocket of Armadale, just a short walk from the cafés, shops, and restaurants along High Street Armadale.
Public transport is very convenient:
• Tram Route 6 is nearby for easy access into the city
• Toorak railway station is the closest train station and only a short distance away
Overall it’s a spacious, comfortable home in a fantastic location, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy living here.

Outside of work he enjoys going to the gym, Pilates, and getting out for a walk or run. He’s friendly, easy-going and respectful of people’s space and routines, and likes the home to feel clean, calm, and welcoming.
Louis is also part of the LGBTQ+ community, so it’s important that anyone joining the house is either part of the community or an ally.
Emily is 36 and moved to Melbourne from Adelaide last October and has been loving every minute of it. She works full-time in early childhood education, so weeknights are usually pretty relaxed, often spent unwinding on the couch with some TV after work.
She’s social and friendly, always happy to chat, watch a movie together, or occasionally head out for a drink or meal. On weekends she enjoys exploring Melbourne, discovering good brunch spots, watching AFL, and indulging in a bit of self-care like manicures and pedicures.
We like to keep the place tidy and comfortable (more “clean and lived-in” than showroom perfect).
We’re hoping to find someone who’s easy-going, respectful, and happy to be part of a positive household vibe, someone who enjoys the occasional chat or hangout but also appreciates having their own space.
Bonus points if you’re up for the occasional brunch outing or a casual drink together. 😊
