Hello future housemate👋
I’m currently living in a 2-bedroom unit in Ascot Vale and looking for a housemate to share the space.
I’ve been using the second room as a work/study space, but as I travel occasionally and don’t always need the extra room, I thought it would be nice to share the home with someone 😊
The room is currently unfurnished, but I’m very happy to help you settle in. I can arrange a bed and basics like a bedside table if that makes things easier.
The shared areas are fully set up with essentials (TV, fridge, washing machine, etc.), so you can move in without too much hassle.

The apartment is located in Ascot Vale, with very convenient transport access.
* Tram 57 & 82 are just across the road (30 seconds walk)
* Main street with cafes and restaurants – about 3 tram stops / 13 min walk
* Large shopping centre – about 4 tram stops / 14 min
* CBD – about 35 minutes by tram

I enjoy having a calm, quiet, and comfortable home environment, especially during the week when work is busy.
That said, I’m friendly and easygoing:) I’m always happy to have a chat or spend time together occasionally, but I also respect personal space.
On weekends, I like to stay active, catch up with friends, or get out of the house to stay healthy!
