Description of the home

Room available in our Ascot Vale home from late April. Looking for a chill housemate for a short-term stay (3 months).

Rent is $265/week, paid monthly ($1114), including all bills (gas, water, electricity, WiFi).

The house has a front and backyard, veggie garden, and a cosy living area with a gas fireplace. Two toilets (upstairs and downstairs) and sheds available for extra storage. The room can be furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe) or unfurnished. One of the three upstairs rooms is used as a home office.

You’ll be living with me and my partner. It’s a pretty introverted, relaxed home, and often it’ll just be me at home. We’re into gardening, outdoors, and creative projects. He’s a student and works FIFO, so he’s away every second week. I work casually in mental health and will be heading back to uni. Although pretty relaxed you'll have an open invite to most things and if you're someone who wants to tag along to a hike/camping trip or share a meal/cook together thats definitely welcome. However if you prefer to be more by yourself thats also completely fine!

Would value someone who is responsible and able to keep a relatively clean home and good vibes!

House is conveniently located and only a 10-15 minute walk to Coles, Ascot Vale station and 57,59 tram stops. Can park on the street on in the driveway too!
