I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Ashwood , the room is available from May 11th!

The room is a comfortable medium size with built in robes and lovely natural light. Rent is $785 per month (bills split equally and not included in rent). The room comes unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished and ready to go!

The house features:

• Ducted heating
• Loads of natural light
• Two outdoor areas
• Seperte bathroom and toilet
• Plenty of street parking

You’ll be living with Ellen and Brad, both in their late 20s and working full time. They’re ideally looking for someone around the same age, also working full time, and with previous share house experience. The vibe at home is relaxed and chill, a place to unwind after a busy day.

Bonus info: Ellen has two adorable dogs, so being a dog lover is essential! They’ve got energy to burn but are also total cuddle bugs.

Bond is $700, and inspections can be arranged, just send a message with a bit about yourself and any questions you might have!
