We are 10 min walk to the tram near Burke road and Whitehorse road straight to Camberwell in 5 mins. Easy walk to IGA and other shops and cafes. A quiet and safe street. If you drive Hawthorn is about 10 mins, and Balwyn shops about 5 mins. Secure parking. Spacious living and kitchen area, with a cute balcony overlooking the garden.
Available in May until end of September.
Peaceful retreat vibes, I work 4 days as a nurse and love to have quiet nights with my cat Mable watching movies. Very clean and considerate, up for a chat and also keep to myself a bit. Would be happy to welcome you.
