Hi there,
A huge loft bedroom (7 x 3.5m) is available in our peaceful sharehouse.
Short 5 minute walk to Belgrave station and village.
Lovely forest setting backing onto a creek.
Females only, sharing with quiet 34 year old Christian lady and 1 other similar girl.
We work and study part-time. We like cooking, forest walks, creative crafts, reading, growing veggies, making cider and mead, and watch the odd movie together, but we like our privacy too.
We share a cleaning roster to keep things neat.
Sorry no pets - 2 cats already live here.
$225 week, plus $25 weekly for bills and Wi Fi.
Sorry no room sharing.
Prefer long term but may consider Short term (3 month minimum).
