Description of the home

One large room available for a short term rent (approx. 4 - 6 months) from June 25th (start and end dates, as well as duration are somewhat negotiable, end date being around October 25th). Sharing with one female who works from home in the third bedroom/home office.

The room can come furnished or unfurnished, although we would prefer to leave it furnished. The room to be let is large with a huge amount of wardrobe space and split system heating/cooling as well as the house having ducted heating.

The house has a great location, being close (1km) to Upwey shops and train station, the Angliss hospital etc. but is super quiet and beautiful. Close to National Park and other parkland/trails. It's nestled amongst the trees (with lots of native fauna!) with amazing views from the deck, an outdoor spa and both a separate room outside and a large workshop.
Plenty of car parking space (uncovered).

Looking to have a couple move in with rent being $450 p/w but would also be open to a single person, preferably female, in which case rent would be $390 p/w.

Bills are electricity (but we have solar), gas and internet. Bills will be split evenly.
