4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double garage house in friendly quiet neighbourhood in Berwick. Fully furnished house with washer, dryer & dishwasher, central heating and split system reverse cycle AC in kitchen/dining area.
Take your pick from one of two bedrooms with separate bathroom & toilet.
Will be sharing with 38 year old male & 9 month old very needy Pug puppy. Absolutely must be a dog person as puppy is extremely clingy. I work from from work 2 days of the week and 3 in South Melbourne. When I'm not working I am usually at the Crossfit gym or playing basketball.

Hi I'm Chris. I'm 38 and live a fairly active lifestyle. During the week I'm I work as a technical writer for an e-commerce website. I work from my home office Wednesday and Thursdays. Monday, Tuesday & Friday Im in the office in South Melbourne. I usually leave the house by 6-6:30 on office days and I'm home around 5 briefly to feed my puppy Harvey before heading to Crossfit. On weekends I enjoy catching up with mates for Mountain Bike riding or grabbing from food or watching a movie. I like to keep the house neat and organised but I am not a drill sergeant about it.

Looking for someone who with shared values, friendly and considerate. Would be great to build a friendship as long as we can respect each others privacy. Description of pets
I have a 9 month old Pug puppy named Harvey. If you've ever been around Pugs you'll understand how clingy they are to people. I cannot stress enough you really need to a dog person and be comfortable being around a puppy that has very little concept of personal space. He is house trained and very friendly but being a puppy he is prone to frequent zoomies and random bursts of over excitement.
