Description of the home

Got an awesome house in the heart of Berwick, a sweet spot only 200m away from Berwick Springs and 150m away from the nearest bus station, 1.2km away from the shops as well. We run a clean, organized home with all the amenities you could need, from a washing machine to dryer that we use on a weekly basis, to an air fryer and microwave of course, and all the utensils and other kitchen equipment you could need. We have an office room, poker room, and are building the pool table as well. We have a full alarm movement sensor safety system and security measures in place. We respect boundaries and are either working or studying. Three tenants as of now. Our home's built for comfort, convenience, and a space of peace and enjoyment. Four bedrooms with a double bed very comfortably able to fit in the room with its own wardrobe. As long as you're clean, hygienic, and respect shared spaces, this is the house for you.

We pay bills through a weekly deposit system, we each put in $35 a week into rental payment account , which will then be used at after 3 months to pay quarterly . If anything extra remains we return it equally to all tenants
