I have recently purchased a 3 bed room townhouse in the heart of Box Hill.

7 mins from to Box Hill Station, 5 mins walk to Box Hill Central with Coles, Woolies and Chemist Warehouse and Daiso, 10 mins walk to the beauty Box Hill Gardens. The townhouse is close enough to everything but located on a quiet street (Kintore Crescent).

The townhouse is three stories and basically brand new. There will be heaps of space!

Erin is the other room mate and she works out of home most of the week.

Erin and I live on the 3rd floor so there’s a lot of space for the 3 of us to have our own space

PLEASE NOTE: The house will be completely furnished, however the furniture in the pictures is the agent's display furniture, however my actual furniture is very similar in style and quality!
I have all the appliance as well (washing machine, rice cooker, pots pans, cutlery, plates) that I'm happy for you to use as well!
