It's the only bedroom on the ground floor and it is fully furnished with queen bed, desk, chair, two bedside tables, drawer and a walk-in closet (very convenient if you need storage!). Washer & dryer are also available. Free parking on street. 15 min walk to Box Hill Station.
💰 Rent is 320/week, bills not included. No bond but 1 week deposit is required to secure the room.
