The home itself is bright and airy and has a front balcony with the door accessing the street.
Your room will come furnished as the rest of the house, the room has a big wardrobe with 3 mirrored doors. The bathroom in the sharing area will be yours and guests, so you can use the all storage. The apt is a 15 minute walk from North Brighton station, Coles and plenty of cute cafes/restaurants/stores and is also walking distance to the beach. I have only motorbike so you can share the car park with me 😇.
Weekly rent is $360 pay monthly $1564 (excl bills), and the bond is 1 month rent. Move in date can be flexible.

I do my best to keep the place energy-smart—switching off lights, using dishwasher instead of handwash. Expecting the same from my housemate to not waste our money
