Home Description
Description of the home
Spacious and comfortable home in Brighton with generous shared living areas, a large kitchen and dining space, laundry, broadband internet and a private backyard/garden.
This has been my home for around four years and I’m now moving into a new chapter, sharing it with housemates for the first time. One room is still available, and once it’s taken there will be only three adults living here in total.
I’d like to keep the feeling of a real home — relaxed, friendly and comfortable, where everyone has their own space but it’s also natural to chat, share a meal or spend some time together occasionally.
The bathroom is shared with only one other housemate. The house is also close to shops, cafés, supermarkets and public transport, with off-street parking available.

Lisa will also be living here, so once the available room is filled there will only be three adults in the house in total.
I’m pretty relaxed and social. I’m into music and have a few instruments around the house, enjoy cooking, BBQs, movies, going out occasionally and having a good conversation about pretty much anything.
I have two older kids who may drop by from time to time.
Spanish is my first language and I’m still improving my English, so every now and then I might ask you to repeat something twice 😁.
I like the house to feel comfortable, clean and organised, but not overly formal — somewhere everyone can actually feel at home.
Everyone has their own life and space, but it’d be nice to be able to chat, share a meal, BBQ or a drink from time to time without feeling like we’re just strangers renting rooms in the same house.
I value good communication, common sense and a relaxed atmosphere. The house is smoke-free.
If you’re friendly, responsible and looking for somewhere comfortable to actually call home, we’ll probably get along well.
