Sharing with two very young at heart girls and one guy. Easy-going, friendly housemates who respect each other's space. (Easy with all the space).
You would also be living with a small dog - Archie (the 3 year old tiny supreme leader of the house) and Howard the Cat that thinks he is a dog.
Suit anyone chilled and good-natured over 30, looking to live the Brighton life. No couples sorry. Must be employed. Share the cleaning and bills. Bills are approx $50 a week for electricity, gas, water, and internet.
Big double quiet bedroom in flash multimillion dollar house approx. 8 minute walk from Church Street, Brighton! and 10 min walk to the Brighton Beach boxes. Bus stop nearby, train nearby, on street free parking widely available. The room is unfurnished, but does have large built in wardrobes.

Bills and expenses

Gas water, internet and electricity are split evenly. We have a gardener once a month and cleaner once a fortnight split evenly also
