2 Big double quiet bedrooms in house approx. 8 minute walk from Church Street, Brighton! and 10 min walk to the Brighton Beach boxes. Bus stop nearby, train nearby, on street free parking widely available. The room is unfurnished, but does have large built in wardrobes.
Sharing with three very young at heart girls. Easy-going, friendly housemates who respect each other's space. (Easy with all the space).
You would also be living with 2 small dogs - Archie and Sassy and Howard the Cat that thinks he is a dog.
Suit anyone chilled and good-natured over 30, looking to live the Brighton life.. Must be employed. Share the cleaning and bills. Bills are $50 a week for electricity, gas, water, and internet including cleaner.
