It’s a renovated 1950’s brick home with 3 bedrooms a shared bathroom with separate shower and a claw foot bath
The open plan kitchen has a butler's style pantry, with a separate laundry facing a tiled sunny courtyard.
It around 10 mins walk from Altona Gate Shopping Centre and roughly 10 minutes by car to Yarraville (Station) to the city.
Brooklyn is between Laverton North and Altona and the beach/bay is around 12 minutes by car.
Close to Bay Fit, Fitness First + Snap Gyms
The room is 3.6m x 3.0m with a 2.7m ceiling, currently unfurnished (can be furnished if you are short-term) can fit a double or queen-sized bed and a side table.
It has a built in robe with hanging space and drawers.

I am a 60yo architect (Christopher) I have lived here since 2023.

Description of pets
I own a 5.5year old Male Staffordshire Terrier named Gus
He is an inside dog in and spends his time next to me in my office or sunning himself in the courtyard. He is an only dog, and therefore wouldn't suit someone who has a dog/cat themselves.
He is very social and loves any human company. I am responsible pet owner he will not impact on my co-tenant.
