-Lease Tennant transfer costs split with the housemate who is leaving
-Month to month but the house has been a share house for forever and the chill landlord has no intentions of changing :}

-An old and quirky Brunswick Staple, It’s sunlit, spacious, has high ceilings, and a gorgeous North-facing lounge room.
-Fast internet and that good good hot water.
-The lounge room gets great light all day and sunlight all morning until about 3pm! Nice and warm, and a perfect room for study and keeping your houseplants! Also has the comfiest velvet couch ever. (Perfect for naps)
-Huge backyard and shed with heaps of storage space.
-We have a veggie patch (pls help Kai rescue it), a compost bin, and a classic hills hoist clothes line.
-We’ve been told that the lounge room could be fitted with a split system/heater soon!
-On street parking, unlimited time, no permit!
-Two small steps up to the front door

NBN Fibre to the house!

The usual kinds of housemate things: Love a dinner and movie night every now and then, and would love to live in a house where we are comfortable to chat and not be strangers. But also very much appreciate space and alone time. Sadly no pets.

No cleaning roster, scheduled meals or anything, just be considerate of mess in communal spaces. Chip in for toilet paper, bin bags etc. Very relaxed and comfy environment :)

LOCATION:
-Slap bang in the middle of Glenlyon/Blyth, and Sydney/Lygon, there are great bars, cafes and restaurants all within a 5-10 minute walk.
-It's a 5 minute walk to the 1/6 tram, 7 minutes to the 19, and about 10 to Brunswick Station.
-Woolies, Aldi, Kmart, Bunnings, Savers and Barkly Square are all very close by.
-Cute little Randazzo Park at the end of the street
