The 2-bedroom apartment is located near Anstey Station. It is west facing, with lovely golden afternoon light and spectacular sunset views from the balcony! The bedroom overlooks an internal garden and has a ceiling fan for warmer evenings. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and currently comes with a double bed with drawers underneath for extra storage. It would likely also fit a small chest of drawers and bedside table, but not a lot of other furniture. The bed can be removed if desired.

Whilst the apartment itself isn't huge, there is a large, shared rooftop space containing gardens, grassed areas, BBQs, dining areas, a communal laundry and the bathhouse. There is also a secure space for bike parking downstairs.

Being in Brunswick near Sydney Road, the PT is excellent and there are plenty of dining and drinking options. The apartment is also within easy walking or riding distance of shops, supermarkets and other services.

Internet is included in the rent which is $1195 per month. Bond is one month's rent ($1195). Electricity and water bills are not included in the rent and are split evenly. The apartment has hydronic heating, ceiling fans, double glazing, a heat-transfer system and has been designed to be thermally efficient with passive ventilation to aid in keeping power bills reasonable.

The room is available from the 5th of March with some flexibility to move in earlier or if needed.
