Hey everyone,

We have a room available in our house share from April 6th as our housemate is making the leap and moving in with his partner.

Our townhouse is located on a leafy, quiet street in Brunswick, close to the lovely gardens of Royal Park and a short walk from the Brunswick Baths.

Our home is very well positioned, with the 58 tram 150m away, train stations within a 10 min walk and the Maribyrnong Bike Trail nearby.

We also have a fantastic bakery, wholefoods store, supermarket and post office all within a 2 minute walk.

Your room would be the master bedroom suite which is located on the top floor of the house with its own private stair access from the living room / open plan kitchen. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe.

Downstairs we also have a main bathroom and a laundry cupboard with a washer and dryer.

Out the back we have a garden and lawn area perfect for BBQs.
