This house is fully furnished with amenities such as a washing machine, oven, and cutlery. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Brunswick train station, a 9-minute walk from tram 19, and a 10-minute walk from Woolworths. There are also many popular cafes nearby, and it's situated next to Sydney Road, which boasts many excellent restaurants. The suburb is quiet, and there are free parking spots available.
A west-facing front room with huge windows with views of sunsets (and very good blinds if you don't want views). It comfortably fits a queen bed, big desk and wardrobe and still has space for a yoga mat. It will come unfurnished. It doesn’t have a wardrobe but there is space to put one.

Preferably, you will be friendly, considerate, house-proud and kind. Ideally you'll have a stable source of income, be willing to be a part of a weekly cleaning roster and not working from home.
Our house vibe is friendly and calm. We enjoy having a house 'sanctuary' where we can relax and be ourselves and rest from the 'world'. Our house has a bit of an introverted vibe and someone with a similar energy would fit in well.
