About occupants
I’ve lived in Melbourne since 2018 and have lived in share houses for most of my adult life in Canada and Australia. I’m considerate of people’s personal space & belongings and common spaces.

I enjoy the company of others so would be lovely to have someone who is interactive and communicate at home. I also very much value my own space and downtime to recharge, especially on long office days.

I do enjoy having friends over for dinner or a drink sometimes – which I will always give you a heads up about. Chilled nights, no raging parties.

I am vegetarian and have other dietary needs so generally look after my own meals which I meal prep over the weekends. If dietaries align, also happy to share meals every now and again. Happy to discuss sharing of some common pantry items.

I try to stay active with pilates, walking, and biking. I enjoy podcasts and audiobooks. I also enjoy hiking and a bit of camping. In the summers, I love spending an afternoon at the beach or a park, or now my lovely courtyard. I’m also looking to start doing a bit of yoga again.

I work full time in a corporate role, for which I go into the office on average twice a week and from home the remainder.
Compatible people
I'm looking for friendly and considerate person to share my home with. If you value open communication and don't mind doing your bit to keep the home clean and tidy, then we're on the same page.

Some other qualities :
• Financially stable and reliable
• House-proud and takes joint responsibility to keep shared spaces clean. (weekly rosters have worked well for the sharehouses I've lived in, so would be keen to continue this).
• Communicative and interactive at home
• preferably 30/40-something female, working professional or mature student
• I think it would be nice to have a friendship within the home, but not required, as long as we can have a level of care for each others space, privacy and time, and work through any issues respectfully with consideration and communication.

If this sounds like the right fit for you, please get in touch.
