Two bedroom, one bathroom semi-detached villa/duplex in Brunswick, close to all amenities.

The house is fully furnished, including NBN/Wifi and a desk set up in the living area. The main living area has reverse cycle aircon. There is an undercover car space with the house and I don't have a car so if you move in, it's all yours.

There is a courtyard at the rear of the house with a small storage shed. The bathroom and courtyard were completely renovated last year and the kitchen is a few years old.

This house is in a fabulous location - with a huge variety of pubs, restaurants and public transport options within 5 minutes walking distance.

Hello, my name is Jo. I work full time for an agribusiness company. I’m easy-going, friendly and outgoing. I love a good laugh but am respectful of the privacy of others and appreciate the same back. I’m pretty quiet at home and am home most week nights. I am usually out and about on weekends and sadly, often have to do a bit of work from home on a Saturday morning. I rarely have visitors and tend to go out to meet up with friends. I eat easy meals on week nights and cook up a storm on the weekend. I will likely invite you to share in a weekend meal if you're around and interested. I'm not vegetarian, although I do cook and eat vegetarian meals sometimes. I'm very clean and tidy and prefer to live with people who are the same. I'm a vaper but I do this outside.

You’d be much like me – fun, friendly and sociable but also clean, considerate, responsible, independent and quiet at home. If you have a good sense of humour, we'll get along very well. I prefer that cleanliness is not an issue (hence, the fortnightly cleaner). I don’t care if you smoke, as long as it's outside. And last but not least, you are someone who is NEVER late with rent/bills!
Description of pets
I have a cat named Teddy. Teddy is missing one of his paws so must be kept strictly indoors (I only let him out to the courtyard if I'm with him). He's a gentle little soul who is friendly and cuddly but is also very respectful of everyone's personal space. I'd ideally like a flatmate who loves animals and will be mindful of his need to be kept indoors. If you love animals, you will fall in love with Teddy - everyone does!
