Your room is a large, unfurnished, east-facing master bedroom: 3m x 3.9m, plus BIR along the 3m wall (floor to ceiling). Enough room for a queen bed and a desk.

Description of the home

The floorplan is like a small house: foyer, separate lounge at the front, separate kitchen, separate hallway with 3 bedrooms/bathroom at the other end of the unit. Great if one person is up late watching a movie/having friends over etc.

I work from home and use the third bedroom as an office 3-4 days a week. The room is also used for storage and has a couch perfect for guests.

The lounge/dining area looks out onto the front garden/courtyard.

Separate laundry with front-loader and heat pump dryer. Clothesline outside. Small basic kitchen (no dishwasher). Probably not the best for an enthusiastic cook but fine for basic meal prep. Bathroom includes bath and very small shower however I'm 6" and have had no issues! Separate toilet.

Furniture-wise, apart from your bedroom everything's pretty much here already.

The unit needs some updating and the place is by no means fancy but I think its pretty good value for the space and location. if you’re looking for modern fittings etc then this might not be for you.

Situated between Sydney Rd and Holmes St:
- 2 min walk to routes 1 and 6
- 10 min walk to route 19 (Sydney Rd) or the 96 (Nicholson)
- 12 min to Anstey train station

- I enjoy cooking my own meals because I’m terrible at planning when I’ll eat. I’m also a pretty average cook!
Compatible people
Clean/tidy is a must and having a friendly/relaxed attitude is important. The occasional giggle/gossip/catch-up isn’t essential but can be fun! Ideally a balance in these qualities is what floats my boat.
