Gorgeous, spacious and light filled 3 bedroom home with a private entertaining balcony, perfect for morning yoga, We have air conditioning in the living room to keep us cool in the summer and heaters to keep us warm in the winter. The communal areas come fully furnished with large fridge, washing machine, air fryer, soda stream, thermomix and all lounge room and dining room furniture, everything has been well looked after and the house really is like a home.
Arguably the best location in Brunswick. A stone's throw from Anstey Station, the 6 and 19 trams, and then upfield bike path, the fun of Sydney road and Lygon street with places like Howler, Ovens street bakery, very good falafel, Wax Flower, dozens of pubs and awesome independent grocers like IGA and Terra Madre. Despite this great location, the street is quiet and leafy wet in a quiet lane way with friendly neighbours, and surrounded by parks and multiple bike paths.
