I am looking for a housemate to join me in a newly build town house in Brunswick East. My housemate is moving out and I need a new housemate. The current lease expires on 11th July and ideally I am looking for someone that will sign a lease for another 12 months.The place itself is fully furnished with polished floorboards, gas cooking, reverse heating/ cooling, dish washer, internet, a balcony for nice views. You would only need furniture for your room. I m looking for someone who has share house experience, and is clean and tidy, easy going and respectful.

It is a 3 level town house. Level 1 you will find a study room with study bench, cupboards for books etc, level 2 is the kitchen, laundry, living, dinning, balcony area and level 3 you will find the large bedrooms with light filled and bathroom.

You will be close to shops/ trams ( 1, 6) on Lygon st (8 min walk), barkly square shopping centre (17 min walk) or Brunswick East Village shopping centre (8 min walk), Nicholson St trams (96), shops (3 min walk), Sydney Road shops, tram (19) (17 min walk), Jewel Train Station (20 min walk), Princess park, pubs and bars. Alternatively there are plenty of bike paths for you to cycle if you like. There are plenty of places to explore with everything at your finger tips. Pubs, bars and restaurants are all on lygon st and nicholson st within a 8 mins walk to lygon st and 2 min walk to nicholson st.

There is off street parking available also.
