The Place...
It is a two story, fully furnished townhouse which connects to a larger apartment complex. Downstairs there is a lounge area, dining, spacious and clean kitchen (dishwasher, walk in pantry, and gas stove and oven), laundry and second toilet. Upstairs there are two decent sized bedrooms (both with generous storage), and the main bathroom. We also have a small front courtyard and a separate storage cage. The apartment building has its own secure bike storage too.

Location...
The house is part of a larger apartment complex on Lygon Street, with private access via the quieter Eddy Street. It is super close to the trams along Lygon, walking distance to the Merri Creek Trail and Jones Park, plus lots of cute cafes and restaurants nearby. Think Wholefoods, Ceres, Brunswick East Wine Store, Padre Coffee, Wildlife Bakery and heaps more!
