Its a beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment with a shared bathroom and nice backyard. The apartment has everything you would need to make yourself at home as I have furniture and an equipped kitchen.
Apartment is on ground floor and close to everything you would need as supermarkets, public transport, coffee shops and bars.
Perks include South American food every now and then, unlimited access to Netflix,Stan,Binge,Disney + access to all building amenities including BBQ areas, indoor pool, gym, sauna, hot tubs and roof top.
Princess park and merry creek are on a walking in distance.

Ideally bills will be shared by half as we would be 2 people living in the apartment. this includes electricity, hot water, water and internet. I'm happy to provide Netflix, Stan, Binge and Disney +

I work in hospitality so usually out during afternoons and nights and weekends.
I am relaxed person and enjoy going for a walks, run, movies and trying new bar and restaurants.
I try to be organised specially with the shared areas so would expect the same from you. open to share a meal or a drink with you and same to provide each other personal time.
Someone respectful of the spaces and kind to share with. always happy to share some time with the flatmates and friends but wouldn't consider home as party house.
