It's super quiet here, there's a private back garden and we are only 8 min walk to a river, lots of trees, nature walks and wildlife.

To get here, catch a north-bound No1 or No6 tram from Swanston Street in the City to stop 126 on Lygon Street (20-30min), then a 3 minute walk to this house.

The room is available on 10July and would suit an OS student or similar.
