About occupants
You'd be living with James (31) and Patrick (30). We're both young professionals - James is in the office most days and travels occasionally for work, and Pat is currently getting a business off the ground so he's around the apartment a bit more. We're pretty social and enjoy grabbing a pint at the pub, exploring what Melbourne has to offer, gym and fitness, watching the footy, and the odd chess game - but we equally appreciate a chilled night in.
