- sunny private room with a shared ensuite (bathroom shared with one other person)
- some but minimal in room storage, plenty of cupboard storage throughout the house though
-lots of on street parking
We would like to have someone to sign onto the new lease, for 12 months- with the opportunity to continue onto next lease!

-cat friendly, but no pets as our cat is not tested with other animals. Radish is not a super cuddly cat, however will bless you with her tolerance
