I’m moving out and our share house is looking for someone to take over the lease for a lovely room in Brunswick West.
It has a separate toilet and shower, a well-equipped kitchen, a dedicated laundry room with a dryer, and a cozy backyard with a clothesline. There’s also a shed out back if you need extra storage.
The house is a 3 minute walk to the 58 tram that will take you straight to Melbourne uni, perfect for students. The 508 bus stop is also about the same distance and that’ll take you 5 minutes to the lively Sydney rd (or roughly 17min walk) plenty of amazing food and things to do.
Move-in anytime you’d like, the move-in date is flexible and the lease transfer would ideally start on January 9. We’ll go through the proper process together.
We’re looking for someone who’ll treat the place like home and is respectful about keeping shared spaces clean and tidy.
