I’ve just moved into a modern apartment in Manningham Road, Bulleen, and I’m looking for a housemate to share this comfortable, low-maintenance space with me. The apartment is around 6 years old and in great condition.

• Move-in: available now or flexible within reason

Bills and expenses

I have just moved in myself so I am unsure of the cost. I do know that I always use the low side.
The hot water is part of the building complex.
the bills will be divided half however we can discuss about them
