Modern large townhouse, Off street parking available. Neither my husband or myself smoke however, smoking outside only is ok. Current bed is a brand-new king single however it can be changed if required.

$100pw just to cover all utilities and unlimited internet and Netflix streaming apps with free rent in exchange for some help with my in home physio program because I’m recovery from car accident. please note the most important aspect of this offer is to discuss my physiotherapy program before agreeing to move in so that you feel comfortable assisting me, and in return we can offer up to 12 months discount accommodation which can hopefully help you save a lot 🙂
The first 6 to 8 weeks is very intensive and so looking for somebody who is around the house a lot and can be available at unpredictable times during the day for the first 6 to 8 weeks. smoking is allowed outside.

My background is in social services. I have a honours degree in disability studies.
There are two living areas. you will have use of the ground floor living room with TV. the upstairs TV area my husband uses every evening after around 6 pm but during the day it’s free to use.. I can’t sit on couches at the moment, so I’m mostly in my bedroom.
The bedroom currently has a desk, king single with underneath storage and smart tv. Included if preferred
We don’t smoke but smoking outside in the backyard is available
Looking for someone who likes a quiet household because I have to rest a lot.
I enjoy cooking happy to share meals or you’re welcome to have separate food if you prefer.
