About the house
🏡 It’s an older but sturdy home filled with natural light. We’re about a 10-minute walk from the 75 tram and 732 bus in Burwood
✨ We’ve got:
A light-filled kitchen with plenty of space
A cute mini bar area (plus a second fridge!)
A large living room with space for an extra desk
A backyard with a cumquat tree and a covered smoking area
🛏️ The room: It’s on the smaller side but has a big window that lets in lots of sunlight!
Bills & WiFi
💡 Bills aren’t included in rent, but we can help estimate costs.
📶 WiFi is $25 per month.
❌ No lease transfer fee!
Amenities
Washing machine (no dryer, but we have covered clotheslines in the garage!)
No dishwasher
Unfortunately, no more pets—Ruffles is happy being the only fur baby!
Who we’re looking for:
We’d love to find a queer or queer-friendly person who understands (or is open to learning about) neurodiversity and autism.
Someone clean, tidy, and happy to pitch in with our cleaning roster would be a great fit!
If this sounds like your vibe, send us a message—we’d love to chat! 😊🏡✨
