I’m moving in with my partner soon and that means my cosy room in this spacious 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom house is up for grabs! 😊

💰 The Details

Rent: $963 per month (paid every 15th)
Bond: $650 (to be paid to me)
Availability: 1 April (priority will be given to those who can move in on this date. Since I will have already paid the full month's rent in advance covering 15 March to 14 April, the successful applicant will need to reimburse me for the 1 April–14 April rent
Going forward your first direct payment will then begin on 15 April as per the regular schedule.
Lease: This is a formal lease transfer, subject to REA approval

🏠 The Space

The room is cosy, bright, and comes equipped with its own split-system AC/heating, so you’ll stay cool in summer and toasty in winter.

I am not taking my single bed with me so am prioritising applicants who are happy to purchase the bed for a very cheap price.

The Household: You’ll be sharing with three other working ladies. Bathroom is shared with only two other housemates

📍 Location, Location, Location!
Deakin University is literally right there so it’s perfect for students. The tram stop is just steps from the front door!! There’s also plenty of street parking available.
