Hello!!
I have a space currently available. It is a furnished apartment, $380 a week for a single person (all water, power, gas and internet bills included).
Couples are also welcome @ $480 per week due to higher usage on bills.
You would be living with another tenant, a student and dance instructor named Ansh.
This apartment is in Carlton right on Lygon street and you can walk to the city within about 35 mins or to the cool Fitzroy or Brunswick areas in about the same time. The complex is called College Square (being a student is NOT a requirement for living here), secure entrance and lifts, a gym & sauna, common area with pool table and a 25m lap pool.
