Located right on Swanston St, tram stop with about 8 different tram lines running right out front. 2 mins to Melb Uni, 5 mins to RMIT and CBD. Lygon St restaurants and cafes 5 mins walk. The apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a very spacious living/dining area, big built in study nook, full size kitchen with heaps of storage, separate laundry and two balconies! I have only just moved in two days ago and am slowly working on furnishing the place. If you have furniture or appliances to bring that'd be great! Overall super convenient location in a large homely apartment.
