Hey there! I'm Sam a 31 year old teacher and composer. I work 4 days a week teaching at a school and the other day I'm back at uni after returned to study. I love what I do and in my spare time I'll be seeing friends and my partner, cooking, enjoying a glass of wine or doing something creative or sporty. I'm tidy, respectful of shared spaces and have many years of experience living in share houses! I socialise on the weekend and like to be a bit of a home body during the week after work and cook. I'm loving the house too, it's located on a very quiet street, super close to everything you need in Rathdowne Village and there is a tram on Lygon street only a minute away, perfect!

In the past I've enjoyed living with housemates who are also tidy (I'm not a neat freak, but will always clean up after myself and keep areas of the house pretty tidy), independent, like a casual drink or a share meal now and again and have full time work with a stable income.
