The room fits a queen bed (as seen in the photo) and has plenty of space to move around. It has a large, mirrored wardrobe and has lots of natural light. The two big windows bring in great morning sun. The room will be UNFURNISHED. The bathroom is shared between you and guests, which means you will have the bathroom pretty much to yourself.

The 2-beds, 2-bath apartment is fully furnished with a minimalist-ish style except your room. It has a decent-sized balcony that embraces hours of morning sun. Carnegie's main street is right downstairs, leading you to almost everything you need within 500 metres. Cargenie station is 10 mins walk away, or 5 mins walk if you're upbeat and caffeinated. On the days when the train line is mysteriously closed, there is tram 67 in 5 mins walk and Gelnhuntly station in 15 mins walk. It comes with a secured parking space which I don't need - say goodbye to bird shit if you need a parking spot.

My current flatmate has a sausage dog whom you will meet when you come for an inspection. Not recommended if you are allergic to dogs. I prefer not to have pets but it is negotiable.
