Description of the home
Our house is 10 minutes from Monash University. It is really calm, really bright 2storey house, with a lovely sunny garden and an homely atmosphere. Everything ( shops, buses , cafes, train ) is easily accessible and we want people to feel at home. The furnished bedroom we rent has its own ensuite , is really independent as well as connected to the common areas ( kitchen, living, garden, laundry). We got 3 cats and would like someone who respect our quiet and neat space.

About the occupants
We are a friendly family of 3, 6 if you include the cats. We have a lovely, bright spacious house 20 minutes by direct bus from Monash University ( Clayton campus) and not far from the train to the CBD. We offer a spacious furnished bedroom with its own private toilets and bathroom. Access to the shared kitchen and to the living room, the laundry is included. We will need to meet the person before to be sure we will get along before making such a commitment .

We are looking for a friendly and respectful person ( student preferred) who will enjoy and respect our peaceful homely bright house . this person will have to be able to communicate well .We are really friendly and respectul and the house is big enough to shared spaces but have lots of private spaces for everyone to enjoy .
