I have the largest room in the house and who ever moves in can have the other two bedrooms. Couples will be considered upon application. If a couple moves in they can have the largest room.

The house is very comfortable with ducted heating and split system aircons in two of the bedrooms and the living room. Located on a quiet street, there is ample on street parking.
Also located nearby are Watergardens, metro train station, and Caroline Spring's V-Line train station. Buses also operate regularly nearby. Five minute drive to shops, gym, restaurants, parks and green space.
The house has a good sized kitchen with a gas stove top, and a good sized living area. There is a small outdoor area with garden beds and a garage. There is also a BBQ out the back for alfresco dining.
