Hi, we have one room available in our 3 bedroom townhouse in Chadstone, this downstair room is large, with a built in robe. This room shares 1 large modern bathroom upstair with shower/bath, and you will have your own toilet downstair. The room can be furnished (or you can bring in your own furniture).

The house is quite new, built in mid 2018, and as such we are the first tenant and have done a good job of keeping it clean and tidy.

You will be sharing the place with me and Rula (two females in mind 30s - professionals working FT).

Downstairs, we have a fully furnished living, dining area and kitchen w/ appliances including a coffee machine, air fryer, washing machine. The backyard has a a small veggie garden. Laundry has washing machine and sink. Currently we have a semi unfurnished TV lounge upstairs living space.

The whole house has ducted heating and air-conditioning. The windows are north facing and stays decently warm.

Bond is $826 payable upfront.
 Rent is payable weekly at $245 including all bills (unlimited NBN, Netflix, electricity, water, gas) so you don't have to worry about splitting bills.

We are in a convenient location, if you have a car or not.

It’s a short stroll to local Asian grocers, restaurants and Holmesglen TAFE. We are not far from Monash Freeway (MI), 10 minute walk from Holmesglen train station, close to bus stops, Chadstone shopping centre, Chemist Warehouse, Officeworks, McDonalds, and Bunnings. Ample on-street parking with a permit, driveway and 1 secure car garage. 10 minute walk to the beautiful green Ashburton Forest/trail, as well as having cafe’s and restaurants on Warrigul Rd within walking distance, yet it’s still a quiet and peaceful location.

We are also a 12-minute drive to Monash Caulfield, Clayton university and Deakin University. Perfect location for students.

I'm a marketing professional working in NFP sector and Rula is an engineer. We are super easy-going, clean and respectful looking for someone to love this home as much as we do. We absolutely love staying fit and active, you'll likely find us on walks / at the gym, enjoying brunch with friends. We also love to cook and get out and explore places for day trips whenever I have time off. Would love to have someone who can call this place home, share meals / chats and form a genuine friendship but of course one who appreciates down time.
