Home Description

Description of the home

About the Home:
Spacious and welcoming two-storey home in a super convenient location. I live downstairs with my calm and well-trained husky, and there’s a shared living area with a dining space and a new TV on the way. Upstairs has two rooms available, each fully furnished with a desk, chair, and storage cabinet for your personal use. The rooms share a bathroom, and I’m looking for friendly, easygoing housemates to join the space. You'll have room for your own things, and I’m happy to share utilities and common areas. First come, first served—and if you’re a great fit!

Location Highlights:
- Monash Uni – 14 mins
- Chadstone Shopping Centre – 15 mins
- Westfield Southland – 12 mins
- DFO Moorabbin – 10 mins
- Clayton Station – 5 mins
- Monash Hospital (including the new Children’s Hospital) – 8 mins
Loads of great, affordable restaurants nearby (Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, and more!)

Great spot if you want easy access to everything without the stress (or prices) of inner-city living.

About occupants
Hi! I’m Eyal, currently studying Commerce and living on the ground floor with my friendly 4-year-old husky, Su. I’m someone who really enjoys cooking and keeping a clean, comfy living space. When I’m not studying, I’m usually out on long walks with Su, at the gym, or getting some well-earned rest. I enjoy a relaxed home environment and I’m always up for a chat, but I also value downtime and personal space.
Compatible people
To me, a great flatmate is respectful of shared spaces, keeps things clean, and understands the importance of personal boundaries and privacy. Open, honest communication goes a long way, and being mindful of each other’s routines helps create a peaceful home. Bonus points if you’ve got a good sense of humour and enjoy a bit of banter!
Description of pets
Su is my 4-year-old husky—calm, quiet, and super friendly. She’s well-trained, great with people, and mostly keeps to herself (unless there’s food involved—then she’s your new best friend). She’s more of a nap-all-day kind of dog and has never had any issues living with others.
