Lovely medium-sized room available in 3BR townhouse in Clifton Hill. $1031 pcm. Quiet leafy area near good transit and parkland. 1.5 bathrooms and 2 open-plan living areas.
Furnished apart from the bedroom, but the living areas are a work in progress atm — we’d gladly accommodate your living/dining room furnishings, decor, bonus kitchen implements etc!
The room itself has mirrored BIRs with lots of storage. It’s south facing but has large windows, lots of natural light and a garden view. On the middle floor of a triplex — ground floor has large common areas plus rear and front gardens with potential for veggies etc (another work in progress atm!).

• Damien: teacher and sometime outdoor edder, musical dabbler etc.
• Mardi: works at a university. Recently moved back to Melbourne after a few years in NZ (homeland), USA and Palestine. Mostly out weekdays/nights and on weekends has various organising projects and also a novel. Keen to get more domesticity going — the odd shared cook-up, trash telly binge, game night, weekend beer etc.
Both respectful, positive, easy to get along with and occupied with work and extracurricular activities (music, dance, community organising, taking advantage of the great location of the house).
We tend to do our own thing most of the time re cooking/groceries, etc but enjoy the communal vibe when we’re around at the same time. Nights are quiet. A harmonious, happy house in a great area.
