The location is awesome as the Merri Creek and Yarra Bend trails are a 2 min walk away with ovals and a great city view. Clifton Hill train station is also only a 10 min walk. We have a great local grocer the Flower of Sorrento which is a local institution - on the way from the station / 10 mins walk from the house.
