This share house is a wonderful place to call home.
The apartment is charming, with high ceilings and treetop views. It is in the best spot to enjoy the Yarra Bend parklands while still being very close to all the fun of the inner north.
It is on a quiet street and is part of a four-block unit complex, which also has access to an indoor courtyard with a swimming pool.
There are three bedrooms: two are rented, and the third is a spare room for short visits from family or friends. There is an option to fill that bedroom too, however it has been really nice not to have a crowded apartment.
Clifton Hill is a quiet, residential suburb, but it is also very close to Fitzroy, Brunswick and High Street.

I enjoy outdoor activities, particularly in the mountains, and I am an active person. I also enjoy a day at home and having a nice brunch, lunch or dinner, either solo or with my housemate. I like going out to the cinema, a bar or a gig from time to time.

- independent, as I sometimes disappear for a few days, busy with work or away
